Creative grace presents… Sarah Taitt on goal setting

Her career is a refreshing challenge to the tacit expectations of what leadership and success look like in industries like retail whose exec levels have traditionally been closed shops to many underrepresented groups.

Currently, Sarah is Property Director at home improvement retailer Wickes. She leads a multi-functional team and heads up one of the businesses’ key growth levers. Throughout her years in senior leadership she has designed and implemented successful strategies to encourage and sustain business growth across a range of operations. All while committing to her passion for mentorship and giving time to support and nurture future generations of diverse leadership.
